Anyone can claim credentials online. We don't take their word for it — we verify directly with licensing bodies, check for complaints history, and run trial sessions before anyone goes live.
If a specialist doesn't clear any one of these four stages, they don't join the network.
Application & credential check
Every applicant submits their degree, RCI registration number, and clinical training history. We verify directly with the issuing body — no self-reported credentials.
Ethics & background review
We check for complaints, disciplinary history, and review a written clinical case study. Specialists with any unresolved complaints are not onboarded.
Supervised trial sessions
All specialists complete structured trial sessions assessed by our senior clinical advisors before going live on the platform.
Ongoing quality review
Session outcome tracking, quarterly credential renewal checks, and anonymous user feedback — continuously, not just at onboarding.
